• Added missing .map files for Safari
• Returning proper empty JSON with ‘die’ in masterdetail.php, or ‘undefined’ error message shows up that overlays the master-detail grid
• Upgraded jQuery Migrate 3.0.1 from 1.21
• Removed ending PHP closing tags
• Updated file upload script to be compatible with jQuery 3
